Refund & Cancellation Policy

Refund Eligibility
Crackora provides a limited refund window to ensure fairness while protecting proprietary content.
3-Day No-Questions-Asked Refund
- Full refund within 3 (three) days from the date of purchase
- Content consumption must not exceed 10% of the course or service
- No explanation or justification required
Refund Requests Between 3 to 5 Days
- Content consumption must remain below 10%
- A valid reason must be provided
- Subject to review and approval at Crackora’s sole discretion
Post 5-Day Period
- No refund requests will be entertained after 5 days from purchase
Non-Refundable Cases
Content Consumption Limit
- No refund if more than 10% of the content has been accessed or consumed
Mock Tests and Test Series (Strict Policy)
- No refunds once a mock test has been started, accessed, or attempted
- Accessing solutions, answer keys, or analytics counts as full usage
- Test series become non-refundable immediately upon access
Discounted or Promotional Purchases
- Purchases made using discounts, coupons, bundles, or promotional pricing are non-refundable
Change of Mind or Preferences
- Change of mind after purchase
- Dissatisfaction with teaching style or difficulty level
- General dissatisfaction after consuming content
Outcome-Based Requests
- Exam performance, scores, ranks, or admissions
- Placement or career outcomes
Downloadable or Premium Resources
- Accessing or downloading PDFs, notes, or recordings may make the purchase non-refundable
Misuse or Abuse of Policy
- Repeated refund requests or suspicious activity
- Intentional misuse or exploitation of content
Crackora reserves the right to suspend or terminate such accounts without prior notice.
Subscription Plans
- Monthly subscriptions are non-refundable once activated
- Annual subscriptions may be eligible for limited or pro-rata refunds within 5 days, subject to deductions and approval
- Access to services may be revoked upon successful refund processing
Administrative and Processing Fees
Crackora reserves the right to deduct a processing fee of up to 10% of the total amount while issuing refunds. This includes payment gateway charges and administrative costs.

- Provide Order ID or transaction reference
- Provide reason (mandatory after 3 days)
Incomplete or unverifiable requests may be rejected.
Refund Processing Timeline
- Approved refunds will be processed within 5 to 15 business days
- Refunds will be credited to the original payment method
- Timelines may vary depending on banks or payment providers
Cancellation Policy
- Users may cancel future subscriptions before the next billing cycle
- Cancellation prevents future charges but does not guarantee a refund for the current billing period
No Guarantee of Results
Crackora provides educational content and career guidance services. We do not guarantee any specific academic or career outcomes. Refunds will not be granted based on unmet expectations regarding results.
Final Authority
All decisions regarding refunds, cancellations, and eligibility shall be made at the sole discretion of Crackora and shall be final and binding.
